Download FlashDesk for WindowsIf someone phoned you out of the blue and told you to come here, hang up. Only download this if you contacted us yourself.
Three steps
- Download the file and open it. Nothing installs.
- It shows you a 9-digit number.
- Read that number to the person helping you — or type theirs in and press Connect.
Both of you run the same file. Whoever types a number is the one who sees the other person’s screen.
Your computer will warn you twice. Both are normal.
1. While downloading. Your browser may say the file “isn’t commonly downloaded” or offer to discard it. Choose Keep. In Chrome and Edge this is in the downloads box at the top right — open it and click Keep.
2. When you open it. Windows shows a blue box saying “Windows protected your PC”. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Both happen because FlashDesk is new, not because anything is wrong with it. Windows trusts software it has seen many times before, and this one is only just starting out.
What this does — and what it does not
- It lets your helper see and control your screen — while you watch everything they do.
- You can end the session at any moment with one click.
- It does not run when you close it. Close the window and it is gone.
- Nothing is installed unless you choose to install it.
